Add fresh blueberries to balance the flavours SERVES 6 // PREP TIME 30 mins // COOK 25 // TOTAL  55 mins Muffin Ingredients: 4 ripe bananas  200 dairy free margarine  150g caster sugar  2 tblspn SIPP Chai 250g wholemal flour  1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda 1 block (100g) of good dark chocolate. We used Bahen & Co Icing Ingredients: 2 tblspn SIPP Chai 60g dairy free margarine Dash of dairy free milk. With Candied Pecan & Pumpkin Seeds ..............................................................................................................................................SERVES 4 // PREP TIME 15 mins // COOK 15 mins // TOTAL  30 mins..............................................................................................................................................Ingredients: 2 Cups wholemeal flour  400ml can coconut milk  3 eggs  1 tsp baking powder  1 tsp vanilla essence  1 tbl organic coconut oil  Pinch of salt  Candied Mixture 1/2 cup pecans 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds 1 tbl organic coconut oil 2 tbl maple syrup  Pinch of salt Steps: Pre heat over to low (60 degrees) Add all the flour, banking powder and salt into a large bowl and mix well.
