Banana Chai Choc Muffins

Add fresh blueberries to balance the flavours SERVES 6 // PREP TIME 30 mins // COOK 25 // TOTAL  55 mins Muffin Ingredients: 4 ripe bananas  200 dairy free margarine  150g caster sugar  2 tblspn SIPP Chai 250g wholemal flour  1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda 1 block (100g) of good dark chocolate.
