Chia Pudding

Threeways - Coffee, Matcha & Chai

SERVES 3 // PREP TIME 10 mins // COOK 1 hour (In fridge) // TOTAL  70 mins

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup chia seeds per serve
  • 1 cup coconut milk per serve
  • 1 tblsp SIPP Coffee, Chai & Matcha 
  • 1 tspn maple syrup per serve
  • Pinch of salt per serve
  • Toppings of your choice (We used Loving Earth Chocolate, blueberries & strawberries)

      Steps:

      1. Grab 3 cups and something to mix the chia in. Our cups had lids, so it worked perfect to mix them in the cups. You could use a blender if needed. 
      2. Add all the ingredients for a single cup into your mixer and mix well.
      3. Refrigerate for at least an hour. The longer you leave, the better. 
      4. Before eating, add your favourite toppings. 
      5. And you're done! ;-)
